For over 10 years, C2 Careers has successfully helped individual clients to develop their careers and organisations to develop their people.
We provide one-to-one coaching to help you make good career decisions, whether you are thinking of switching careers or just want to progress more quickly in your chosen field.
We can also provide small/large group training and workshops to help support your organisation through change or just to develop your employee’s key skills to help them perform better in their jobs. Who We Are
C2 is a not-for-profit careers consultancy, which is part of The Careers Group, University of London. Because of this we can draw on the knowledge and experience of over 40 careers staff based in the University of London colleges.
Our professionally trained consultants come from a range of industry backgrounds. We have worked with individuals and organisations in diverse industry sectors, from scientific research to the media, from doctors to librarians. We also work with people at all stages from early career through to retirement.
What We Do?
We don’t have a fixed formula or a set programme. We try to tailor our service to your specific needs. A lot of our work is about developing the skills necessary to manage your career more effectively. This includes the obvious things such as making career decisions, job hunting, networking, applications and interviews. We also cover a number of slightly less obvious topics, such as presentations, influencing, negotiating, as well as managing change, managing conflict and managing stress.
