We are always looking for ways to evaluate and improve our services through the collection of formal feedback on specific aspects of our services or through general comments from conversations held with our users.

We now hold regular Open Evenings where prospective clients can visit the service and meet careers coaches on a friendly, informal basis. Keep an eye on our homepage for details of the next Open Evening, or e-mail us and we’ll let you know when we are next holding one.

"Can you provide more detailed information on each service?"

Careers coaching is essentially intangible – it is hard to provide a comprehensive outline of how it works because every client’s needs are different. However we’ve tried to provide a comprehensive overview of each service via PDF info sheets on this website. Let us know whether these give you a clear sense of what we offer.

"Is there any way I can get quick feedback on a job application in writing without having to come in for a face to face meeting?"

This is something we were asked frequently and as a result we launched a web-based service to provide insightful, constructive and practical criticism of all forms of written job applications.
