Terms and Conditions

Accepting an appointment with a Careers Consultant or making a booking on a group session means that you accept the following terms and conditions. If you have any queries about our terms and conditions, please raise these before you book an appointment.

Making an appointment
Your appointment is only confirmed once we have received payment. We can make provisional bookings but must receive payment three working days prior to the appointment, or we will make the scheduled time available to other customers.

Changing appointments
If you have to re-schedule a booked appointment, you can do so free of charge provided you let us know at least 3 working days beforehand. If you have to change the date or time of a booking with less than 3 working days notice, we will charge an administration fee, see below.

Rebooking charges
If you re-schedule an appointment and have given less than 3 working days notice but more 24 hours notice, the rebooking charge is 5% of the original cost of your appointment. If you re-schedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the re-booking charge is 50% of the cost of your appointment.

Cancelling an appointment
If you have to cancel an appointment, you must give us at least 3 working days notice to get a full refund, minus 10% administration charge. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of the appointment.

Late arrival
We suggest that you aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before the appointment start time. If you know you are going to be delayed, please contact us on 020 7863 6060 as soon as you can.
If you are less than 15 minutes late for a session, we will expect you to take the remainder of the time available and will not refund any part of your fee. Appointments cannot be extended beyond their scheduled finishing time. You may choose to rebook the appointment, but you will have to pay an administration fee (as above)..
